Pounded yam or Iyan is a Nigerian staple meal, that is native to ethnic groups. It is a traditional meal and is prepared by pounding boiled yam tubers in a mortar, with a pestle. Poundo Iyan is a smooth and tasty delicacy that is usually eating with stews, sauces or gravy.
Ingredients:
Granules of pats to, rice, food starch of potato, corn.
Allergy: This product contains no trace of Nuts, Eggs, Milk, Gluten or Soya
Storage: Store in a cool or cold dry place- Away from direct sunlight. Once opened, squeeze out all the excess air from this packaging before reselling. Not suitable for freezing.
