Peak Milk (Instant whole milk powder)

Whole Milk Powder. Fat content 28% min. Ingredients: Whole milk, emulsifier (soy lecithin). To make one glass of milk (200ml) with 3,5% milk fat, add 3 tablespoons of Peak milk powder to 175ml of previously boiled water: 1 heaped tablespoon-approx 8 grams. Packed in a protective atmosphere. Store in a cool and dry place. Once opened keep tightly covered. Production Date / Best before end: see bottom Not intended as a food for infants under 12 months of age.
