Preparation Method:
1. Pour Honeywell Wheat Meal slowly into a pot of boiling water; stir rapidly and continuously as you pour until thickens.
2. Add some water, cover pot and leave to cook for a few minutes
3. Remove cover, stir and turn mixture very well until it is smooth.
4. Your Honeywell Wheat Meal is ready to be served and enjoyed with your choice of soup.
