Our Yam Flour is produced from a root tuber, called Yam, which is grown across Africa, Asia and the Caribbean’s. The yams are peeled, washed, and cut into pieces, then left to dry naturally in the sun, so all the natural flavours and nutrients are retained. This result in our sun-ripened, nutrient rich yams that are milled into this fine flour.

Storage:
Store in a cool or cold dry place -Away from direct sunlight. Once opened , squeeze out all the excess air from this packaging before resealing. ( Not suitable for freezing)
