Description
Olu Olu Plantain Flour is from organic (non-modified) green plantains. which are grown in Nigeria and Jamaica. The peels of each plantain is removed by hand and the plantains are washed in spring water before sun-drying for that sweet sun-kisses flavour; after which it is milled into flour.

Gluten Free; Kosher, Halal and Vegan friendly. This product contains no traces of nuts and seeds.
Storage Advice
Store in a cool dry place (away from direct sunlight), Once opened; it is best to store in an airtight container. Not suitable for freezing.
